Ordering Info



When will my good(s) be dispatched?
Our aim is to despatch orders, the following working day.  This means that you should receive your order within 48 hours of despatch. If you leave your mobile telephone number you will receive a text from our carrier notifying you of the day of delivery together with an e-mail from Kiddiland so that you may track online.  Please note we do not despatch or deliver goods on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays.


What if I don’t want to order online?
First, we’d like to assure you that our online ordering process is completely secure. But if you would prefer not to order via the web then you can:
  • Phone us on 01452 856541 (9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday, 11.00am - 4.00pm Saturday)
  • E-Mail us on sales@kiddiland.co.uk (Remember to give us your phone number so we can call you back if necessary)

What will the postage charge be?

 All orders over £50 have free postage and packaging to Mainland UK only except where indicated in the product details. Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands may be subject to additional carriage charges which are indicated in a dropdown menu at the basket section of our website or as detailed below. Orders under £50 will be delivered to Mainland UK (except areas stated above) at the flat rate of £6.99.  For a quotation on overseas shipping please email
sales@kiddiland.co.uk or contact sales on 0044 (0)1452 856541 to advise of your requirements so that we may obtain an actual shipping cost from our freight forwarding agents.

How do I know if the item I want is available?

95% of the products on our website are in stock and stock levels are updated on a daily basis. We will let you know if there is a delay in sending out your order as soon as we can.


How accurate is your website?

We have done everything to ensure that the descriptions of the items on the website are as accurate as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any real or perceived discrepancies of products from their descriptions. Descriptions are constantly checked and verified with our suppliers for accuracy.


Which couriers do you use?

Most items are sent on a next day courier service via Business Post.  Business Post delivers parcels between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) but are unable to give morning or afternoon slots. A signature is required for all deliveries.


What if my consigment is damaged or short delivered?
All shortages and damages must be reported to us in writing or by e-mail within 7 working days. Please sign for all deliveries as 'unchecked'.


Can I Return my item(s)?

You have a cooling off period of five working days from receipt of goods to enable you to decide if the goods ordered are as expected, during which time you may cancel the order in writing. E-mail customerservice@kiddiland.co.uk with your RMA (returns authorisation number). If you do wish to cancel, the goods must be returned unused in their original packaging. Please note that with wheeled goods if wheels / tyres are marked we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

You will be responsible for the cost of the safe return of the product to us or we can collect for £15:00 per parcel*. Please note you have a statutory duty to take care of goods that are returned to us we therefore recommend they are carefully packed to avoid any damage in transit. Please use clear tape when securing, do not use ‘gaffer tape’ as this cannot be cleanly removed.  Please ensure you insure the product if you return yourself. If a collection is scheduled and you are not home as arranged you will be charged £8.00 for the aborted collection. On the safe return of the goods a full refund will be given after inspection.

You cannot cancel under these terms if you have used the goods. All goods must be inspected as to satisfactory quality, and any shortage or damage in transit (goods showing signs of transit damage must be signed 'box damaged') along with any defects must be reported to kiddiland Limited initially by telephone within 48 hours of receipt and then by durable medium e-mail customerservice@kiddiland.co.uk.  No claims for damage will be accepted after this period.


Please Note: All goods collected by our courier will incur a minimum charge of £15.00 per box. If you are returning goods deemed to be faulty, these charges will still stand and will only be refunded when said goods are confirmed as faulty by our customer services department, and when goods are within the manufacturers guarantee.


My goods are faulty, what shall I do?

Please contact us before returning goods as many problems can be solved before items are returned. If the goods need to be returned, a repair, refund or replacement will be offered depending on each individual case. Please contact us before sending items back so we can issue you with a returns number.
Please Note: All goods collected by our courier will incur a minimum return carriage charge of £15.00 per box. If you are returning goods deemed to be faulty the £15.00 per box charge will still stand and will only be refunded when said goods are confirmed as faulty by our customer services department. Our standard £15.00 per box charge includes carriage back to the consumer.


Cancellation Rights
Any order can be cancelled in writing (email or letter) within 5 working days of receiving your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. Postage costs involved in returning cancelled orders are at the expense of the consumer and are detailed in the section above ‘Can I Return my item(s)?’ This does not affect your statutory rights.
