Price, Delivery and Quality

The success of the Kiddiland business has been built on a foundation of products which are very competitively priced. During this very difficult economic period we know and appreciate how important the cost of everything is to the family budget particularly when a new baby arrives. We will do everything we possibly can to maintain our competitive price foundation to enable you, the customer, to get the best value from the money you spend with Kiddiland.

Likewise with delivery, our overall aim is to continue to meet the customer’s requirements and to continue to maintain the delivery targets shown on our website. This will apply even at this time when it looks as though one major parcel carrier in the UK, Royal Mail, is possibly approaching a turbulent period. We are not looking to extend our delivery times as a result of this but will maintain Kiddiland’s excellent record in this important area.

We know how much importance our customers place on quality of products for babies and toddlers. At Kiddiland we are committed to sourcing the products we sell to you, our customer, from well established and widely recognised companies who are leaders in this product field. All these companies manufacture their products to the appropriate European Standards. We will not sell cheaper copies made to lower quality standards
We know that PRICE, DELIVERY and QUALITY are all equally important to our customers. Kiddiland is therefore committed to delivering all three in any single product we sell.
